Last week at the G20 summit in Hamburg, there was a strong focus on the African development agenda, and Angela Merkel, German Chancellor, highlighted the need to shift away from development aid in favour of partnerships.
Partnership approaches to development will be a key theme at the Responsible Business Forum, Africa 2017 to be held on 31 August – 1 September 2017 at the Maslow Convention Centre, Johannesburg.
The Responsible Business Forum will demonstrate how inclusivity can help to alleviate poverty and deliver on the Sustainable Development Goals as emphasised by H.E. Alpha Condé, Chairperson of the African Union, who called for a new era of self-reliance at the 29th AU Summit in Addis Ababa.
To join business leaders, government and international organisations at this regional event, secure your ticket and register here before 31 July 2017.
