Hu Min worked with Energy Foundation China for over 12 years, as Program Director for Low Carbon Economic Growth Program. Before, she had served for management consulting firms for 7 years. She founded the Innovative GreenGrowth Program, an independent think tank focusing on China’s sub-national low carbon development. Hu Min helped launch and was the first Secretary General of the Green & Low Carbon Think Tank Partnership. HU Min was appointed as non-resident senior fellow at Brookings Institute in 2016. Hu received a BA in Economics from Renmin University, MPA at Tsinghua University, and a Mid-Career MPA from Harvard Kennedy School.
