Sylvia is responsible for driving the strategy, development and activation of Hilton’s global Corporate Responsibility strategy – Travel with Purpose – at the Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific level.

Travel with Purpose focuses on creating opportunities for people and opening doors for youth; investing in community resilience through skills-based volunteerism, disaster relief and human rights; and reducing the impact of our footprint on natural resources through responsible operations and sourcing.

Sylvia also leads the company’s global sustainable seafood sourcing strategy in collaboration with WWF as well as functional and regional leadership. Hilton’s industry-leading goals were defined and announced in 2016.
