Leo Mualim is the Sector Manager for Rabobank Indonesia, specializing in food- and estate- crops. He is a PhD in Agronomy from Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) in 2012. With more than 10 years of research experience in Ecology and Plant Physiology, he published various journals that were eventually adopted as standards in Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) for waterleaf cultivation, by the Indonesian Ministry of Agriculture.

Leo is responsible in providing technical advice, value chain assessment, knowledge management development, as well as capacity building for Rabobank Indonesia’s regional branches. His most recent contributions include the development of strategic guidelines for Rabobank’s Palm Oil Sustainability Programs, key clients acquisition, and partnership with international organizations to deliver sustainability financing programs.
