South East Asia Cocoa Development Manager Mondelez International

Andi Sitti Asmayanti (Yanti) is lead Cocoa Life program in South East Asia, the cocoa sustainability program for Mondelēz International. Cocoa Life aims to transform the company’s cocoa supply chain by investing directly in creating empowered, thriving cocoa communities as the essential foundation for sustainable cocoa. With its $400 million investment over 10 years in Cocoa Life, Mondelēz International is committed to empowering 200,000 cocoa farmers and improving the lives of more than 1 million people in cocoa communities.

She had more than 15 years of experience across industry sectors like FMCG (chocolate and snacking), supply chain and agriculture, with specialized in strategy supply chain and sustainability, agriculture development, international relations and trading, risk management, people management, and corporate government affairs, business and commercial acumen.

She previously worked in Mars Incorporated, was responsible for lead Commercial and Sourcing operations and their Sustainability Supply Chain program in Indonesia. She holds a Master Business Administration on Finance. Since 2013, she has served on the Supervisory Board of Cocoa Sustainability Partnership.
