HENDRIK ROSENTHAL

Senior Manager, Applied Sustainability, Nutrition and Health BASF

Hendrik Rosenthal joined BASF in early 2015, and provides specialized sustainability advisory services to BASF’s customers in the nutrition and health industry in Asia Pacific. He is also responsible for stakeholder engagement and sustainability strategy for BASF’s nutrition and health business in the region. He began his career 20 years ago in natural resource management and environmental policy, through various assignments at Canadian government agencies. Between 2008 to 2016 he lived in Hong Kong, where he led research and consulting projects for non-governmental organizations and the private sector. Hendrik holds a Bachelor of Social Science (magna cum laude) from the University of Ottawa and a Masters of Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo in Canada. He lives in Singapore with his wife and two children.
