Dr. Jean-Marc Ricca – CEO/MD BASF West Africa – Lagos (Nigeria) joined BASF in 2007 as head of Global Key Account Management Care Chemicals Asia Pacific in Bangkok.

Moved into the current position as of September 2016, in charge of BASF business activities in the Country Cluster West Africa. Prior to joining BASF, held various positions in R&D, Marketing and regional business management at Rhodia and Cognis.
