Global Agriculture Lead

Accenture Development Partnerships

Jolene is a Senior Manager at Accenture’s Johannesburg Office and is responsible for managing the team across Africa, specifically in the development sector. Jolene joined Accenture in 2010 as an experienced hired and has over 15 years’ experience across multiple industries, including international development, financial services, FMCG, retail, telecommunications and health. Jolene’s primary area of expertise is agricultural co-operative development, working with INGO’s, Donors, Foundations and Companies to plan, design and implement system-level programmes to address food security and farmer development. Jolene has managed multiple projects helping clients solve major business and development challenges. Jolene holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Rhodes University in Microbiology and Zoology and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Wits Business School.
