Foster Ofosu is a Knowledge and Capacity Development Specialist at the African Development Bank Group (AfDB). In addition to building capacity for AfDB-financed Projects in Africa including distance and eLearning, Foster is also leading the Innovation and Youth Entrepreneurship Support Program of the African Development Institute. Foster has a background in International Business Management with special focus on Innovation and International Technology Transfer. Prior to joining the African Development Bank, Foster was a Senior Lecturer of International Business and Innovation Management at both the Turku School of Economics and Turku University of Applied Sciences, Finland and at the shortly at Ghana Institute of Management (GIMPAA).
